About EasyOps
Wholesale ops deserved better tools.
So we built The Intelligent PO™: one workspace where every purchase order carries its own emails, documents, rules, and next actions.
EasyOps started with a pattern we couldn't unsee. Every CPG brand selling through distributors employs someone brilliant whose day is spent reconstructing reality: which POs need attention, what the routing guide actually requires, why the remittance came in short. The information exists, scattered across inboxes, portals, PDFs, and spreadsheets that never agree.
The deductions industry grew up around that scatter. Fees get assessed against rules nobody surfaced, and recovery vendors charge a quarter to a third of whatever they claw back. The leak isn't just tolerated; it's monetized.
We think the fix is structural. Make the purchase order itself the workspace, with every email filed to it, every rule checked against it before shipping, and every deduction traced to the exact clause that caused it. Do that, and the chaos that funds an entire industry simply doesn't accumulate.
Operations shouldn't be detective work.
What we optimize for
Receipts over vibes
Every claim traces to something you can hold up: the rule version, the carrier scan, the signed POD. If it can’t be evidenced, it isn’t done.
The routine runs itself
People are for judgment calls. Everything a team does twice the same way is a candidate for automation, and then it’s our job, not theirs.
One workspace, whole team
Shared context beats forwarded email. Ops, finance, and sales should read the same PO and see the same truth, at the same moment.
Catch it before it costs
A violation found before pickup is a checklist item. The same violation found on a remittance is a fee. We work on the cheap side of that line.
